Protective Cases

It is our desire to build a safe, welcoming problem solving community. We've incorporated some of the Developmental Designs methods in our day. So each day we start by greeting one another, a community building game, and a discussion about a community covenant. Next we started our task for the day.

Today's task was to test the different protective cases for our first aid drop kits. First aid drop kits include 10 pieces of bow tie pasta and two flat marbles in a zip lock bag. We drew, cut and folded 4"X4"X2" boxes. We created a protective case from two small cups. We used foam and cotton balls. From these tests we are already formulating our plan for our final build.

We end the day with reflection and a closing community game.
